Thanks FTM once again for making my birthday a memorable one. To Ah Bao and Kexin, I've been listening to your CD and it's been enjoyable to be listening to both older songs and newer songs. Too bad my car's audio system can't play mp3. Time to upgrade to a "up to date" audio system!

I'm finally back to school teaching those little monsters. For the past 4 days in school, everytime I stepped into my Pri 1 clas, they will be cheering and clapping my entrance. Really made me feel like a KING! The same goes to my Pri 4 class... They will say "Huang Shang Jia Dao"! Really touched that I mean so much to them. And when I asked them to make Teachers' Day small banner and bookmark for their favourite teacher in or outside the school, I found out all (P1 & P4) but 1 of them are made for me. Super Gam Dong! "Lau Bak Sai" liao.... All their actions makes me feel more motivated to teach them everyday. Their CA2 results are out and I am glad that my Pri 4 did well, only 2 failed. Although it was the same outcome as CA1, the boy who scored the lowest then has improved to become the class 2nd lowest scorer! I praised him that he has improved and told him to work hard more, the next time he will finally passed Chinese! Really hope he does... cos' he speak English at home and to his classmates all the time. Enggerish educated you see...

4 more days and it is another week of holiday for most of us here... although there maybe courses here and there for most of us, let's feel glad for our pupils that they can finally take a well-deserved break from the demanding education system in Singapore! Let's give them a break and don't give them too much homework! Haha... Cos' I still believe that the success of a person shouldn't be judged entirely by their academic performances as our society suggest. What's the use of having smart pupils but who don't appreciate what their teachers or their parents have done for them in their growing up years??

Well, 1st day back, still look a bit in a daze though, but I'm glad my kids missed me! They were overjoyed! Not exaggerating! Clapping as I enter the P4 class... Haha.. made me feel a Huang Shang Jia Dao!!! But well, old habit dies hard, they are still talking while I talked! But then, I told myself to cool down, I kept quiet and gave them my "STARE" and they knew they should immediately shut up!
Had so many colleagues asking me about what happened to me that I could have been better off recording my sickness and replay it over and over again! The only down part was my stupid HOD! She didn't even ask me how I am, yet tell me to amend the changes she had made on my P4 SA2 papers and the deadline for printing CA2 papers was already past it expiry date somemoe! Well, she could have called me while I was on MC or even email me the necessary changes to amend what! She's an ULTIMATE IDIOT! Still tell me lucky I'm back today can help do the necessary changes on the papers! (She knew all along I will be back today what!)Hmm...it seems the story gets longer when it is about something unpleasant huh??? Okie, stop now, or else blood will boil and head will burst!
Anyway, hope you FTMians enjoy the Friday! TGIF! Next week practically only 3 working days Yo!!!

Today is marcus' 1st day of work after 3 weeks of MC.
I am happy yet worried for him. I am excited finally after so long he can go back to school and work. Keep him occupied instead of staying home and sleeping till so late. Really very unhealthy to sleep so late and wake up even later. I dunno whether MC does him good or bad. And if he doesnt change this habit of sleeping late and waking up late his dizzyness will go away. When i tell him he is always so irriatated but really sleeping late isnt good he has to re-adjust on his sleeping habits.
I am worried that he might not feel too good after all today is the longest day of the week and he is starting today. And starting on a long day is not a good warm up session! I wish his day will go well..

F.T.M BIRTHDAY IS A SUCCESS!
Yesterday 09/08/2005 FTM finally turned 2 years old!!
Made up of 7 kind hearted souls, 5 gers + 2 "boys",
we went through many ups n downs in life, and managed to sail through to who we are today!!
Yesterday's celebration was a magical nite for me.
No fireworks, no hotel stays, no ndp to watch, no ritz carlton,
but we have tons of good food! Thanx to cindy n marcus' introduction to blooie's!
tons of laughter! tons of pretty photos! tons of fun and laughter and "pirated cds exhibition cum eye-opener" @ mykk's house! tons and tons!
AGREE!?? hahaha...
This year's celebration is definitely different from last year's.
But!
FTM IS ALWAYS FULL OF SURPRISES!!
Perhaps, this is what keeps us lively, keeps us bonded together despite our different backgrounds, different experiences in life!
Dunnoe why? but i'm always easily HIGH when FTM is around!
Hahaha... Drink iced water oso will high!! FUNNY!!
And to add on, FTM T-SHIRT + LOGO is finally BORN!!
Thanks to MYKK for making all the efforts to find the fonts, going down to IMM, bargaining a good price and finally driving us down to IMM again to collect the shirts!!

I will never dream in my life, that we will go make a t-shirt that's exclusively for FTM MEMBERS ONLY!!
Even if i'm very close to my other frenz, we will never be Onz enuff to go down and make our very own t-shirts!! This is something SPECIAL!!

Happy 2nd Birthday F.T.M !
As we celebrate our 2nd Birthday since the official lanching of FTM at Grand Copthorne, let us not forget the people around us who are suffering. In the midst of all our joy and celebration, may we always keep these peoples in our thoughts & prayers.
FTM has come a long way...I believe everyone of us have sacrifice our own personal time, the time that we could have spent with our family, to make every FTM gatherings so joyous and fulfilling. Let us not take each other for granted, let us always remember &amp;amp;amp; acknowledge the commitment & effort produced by everyone of us.
FTM will not be FTM if we are self-centered and narrow hearted...Every FTMians should always keep an open mind and be life-giving at all time. We should not just treat every members in that way but always to everyone whom we made contact with outside FTM.
FTM should accept each others' fault and be compromising at all times. Even though we can't make it to Ritz this year, we must always hold on to the belief that wherever we are, wherever we go, we will always enjoy each others' company.
Let us continue to strive to be better friends to our friends, better lovers to our spouse, better children to our parents, better siblings to our bro/sis, better workers to our boss (ha...a bit hard!!), better teachers to our kids (ha...not easy, kill them better!ha...), better human beings to the world...From This Moment...

We've finally met up again!
What a Saturday it has been! FTM finally got the courage to meet up with De & Jie to visit Wende's dad. I must say I'm relieved to see De & Jie handling everything so well. I am just worried for Wende's mum though. Really must pray that Uncle don't bully Auntie anymore. He must really start to keep his temper in check and be nice to Auntie. I also pray that whoever visits Wende's dad will always be encouraging in their words or actions...
I'm glad De & Jie took the time out for us to have a nice dinner at BK! What a change!!! You know, FTM, being some rich Aunties & Uncles, always eat out at nice expensive fancy restaurant! This time around, we are at BK! BUT! I must admit it's always heartwarming and enjoyable wherever we are! FTM is really FTM (Forever Touches Marcus!) We actually went on a hospital visitation pilgrimage! Touchwood!
Alright in the meantime, waiting for Tuesday...but I must tell Cindy and De & Jie, if you guys can't make it on Tuesday because you have your family commitments, please go ahead with your family matters. Coz FTM also stands for...Family That Matters!!!
